INFORMATION: The above-described item appears on City Council's agenda in order that the citizens of Norman might be afforded the opportunity for input concerning the proposed Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2022, (FYE 2022) Operating and Capital Budgets. At City Council’s request, a first public hearing was held April 27, 2021, to provide citizens the opportunity to attend either public hearing. City Council discussion and debate will take place at the June 8, 2021, City Council meeting.
