INFORMATION: Resolution R-1920-52 creating the Ad Hoc Committee to Address Homelessness was adopted by City Council on October 22, 2019. The Ad Hoc Committee to Address Homelessness was created on an ad hoc basis to develop short and long-term strategies for the Norman community to best address homelessness and the Continuum of Care initiatives. The members who were appointed were Councilmember Alison Petrone, Councilmember Bill Scanlon, and Councilmember Sereta Wilson, Lisa Kreig, CDBG/Grants Manager for the City, Michelle Evans, Homeless Program Coordinator for the City, Lieutenant Cary Bryant, Norman Police Department, Rayna Cumble, Continuum of Care Co-Chair, and Jessica Moore, Continuum of Care Chair. Bill Scanlon and Sereta Wilson are no longer Councilmembers. The Mayor is appointing Councilmember Lee Hall to serve on the Committee.
