Article VII, Section 2, of the Norman City Charter states, “The City Attorney shall be appointed by the City Manager; such appointment shall be subject to the approval of a majority of the City Council.”  The Interim City Manager has appointed Ms. Kathryn Walker, Assistant City Attorney, as Interim City Attorney to fill the vacancy of Mr. Jeff Bryant until a new City Attorney has been hired.
