RESOLUTION R-1819-51: A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORMAN, OKLAHOMA, GRANTING A PARTIAL EXEMPTION FROM CURRENT SUBDIVISION STANDARDS FOR LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCK 1, OAKRIDGE ADDITION. (800 WEST LINDSEY STREET)

Body
BACKGROUND: The property requesting the partial exemption is located at 800 West Lindsey Street. This property was platted as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Oakridge Addition, and filed of record on May 29, 1940. City Council, at its meeting of July 13, 1954, adopted Ordinance 884 placing Lot 1 into the C-1, Local Commercial District and Lot 2, into the R-1, Single Family Dwelling District. Since that time, the owners have agreed to make improvements to West Lindsey Street and sidewalks adjacent to West Lindsey Street that will meet the overall design for future plans of this section of West Lindsey Street. Mr. Haynes attached report dated October 30, 2018 speaks directly to the statement in 19-604 "...request shall be accompanied by a report from a registered professional engineer licensed to practice in the Sta...
