EASEMENT E-1718-61: CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF A PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT DONATED BY SOONER FASHION MALL, L.L.C., FOR LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE LOCATED AT 201 NORTH INTERSTATE DRIVE.

BACKGROUND: During the approval of a building permit application for the Longhorn Steakhouse, public water system improvements were required for water service and fire protection to the site. The water improvements have been accepted by the City Development Committee. A water line easement is required for the public water improvements required on the site.
DISCUSSION: Public water improvements have been installed and accepted. The public water line easement has been donated by the owners, Sooner Fashion Mall. The City Attorney’s Office has reviewed the easement as to form.
RECOMMENDATION: Based upon the above information, it is the recommendation of staff that Easement E-1718-61 be approved.
