SUBMISSION OF THE NORMAN REGIONAL HEALTH SYSTEM 2019 BUDGET.

INFORMATION: Article IX, Section 4, of the Charter of the City of Norman, states “The Board of Norman Regional Hospital Authority as current operator of the Norman Regional Health System shall keep a record of its meetings and official transactions, and shall make financial reports to the City Councilmembers in such form as may be required by the Councilmembers at such times as may be prescribed, and the Board shall file a copy of its adopted budget for the ensuing fiscal year with the City Clerk for presentation to the City Council no later than the next regularly scheduled City Council meeting following its adoption. Such adopted budget shall, in addition to any other information required by the Councilmembers, show an estimate of anticipated income, and estimated expenditures.” The Norman Regional Hospital Authority approved the Norman Regional Health System 2019 Budget on June 25, 2018. In accordance therewith, the above-described item is submitted for City Council's consideration in order that acknowledgment of the receipt of the budget may be noted in the minutes as a matter of permanent record.
