In accordance with Article VIII, Section 8.2, of the City of Norman Retirement Plan Document, which provides in part that:
"Voting members of the Board shall include a Councilmember (elected by a majority of the City Council). . . "
The above-described item appears on City Council's agenda in order to provide opportunity for the election of a representative to the Board of Trustees for the City of Norman Retirement System.
