INFORMATION: The above-described item appears on City Council's agenda in order that the citizens of Norman might be afforded the opportunity for input concerning the proposed Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2019, (FYE 2019) Operating and Capital Budgets and the Norman Convention and Visitors Bureau Budget and Detailed Plan of Work. Council discussion and debate will take place at the June 12, 2019, City Council meeting. City Council held two retreats, two study sessions, and one special session on the FYE 2019 budget documents.
