EASEMENT E-1718-3: CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF A WATER LINE EASEMENT DONATED BY MCDONALD’S CORPORATION FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1 OF SOUTHLAKE ADDITION, SECTION 10.

BACKGROUND: During the approval of a building permit application, public water system improvements were required for fire protection. The water improvements have been accepted by the City Development Committee. A water line easement is required for the public water improvements required on the site.
DISCUSSION: Public water improvements have been installed and accepted. The public water line easement has been donated by the owners, McDonald’s Corporation. The City Attorney’s Office has reviewed the easement as to form.
RECOMMENDATION: Based upon the above information, it is the recommendation of staff that Easement E-1718-3 be approved.
