BACKGROUND:  The final plat for St. James Centre Addition, Section 1, was approved by City Council on February 24, 2015, and filed of record on May 15, 2015 with the Cleveland County Clerk. The property consists of Lot 1 (20.3306 acres) and Lot 2 (0.9185 acres), which are located just south of Cedar Lane and east of Classen Boulevard. The property owners have submitted easements for utilities and drainage located outside of the referenced platted areas for St. James Centre Addition, Section 1.  
 
DISCUSSION:  Staff has prepared and reviewed the easements.  The Legal Department has reviewed the documents and found them to be in order and proper as to form.
 
RECOMMENDATION:  Based upon the above information, it is the recommendation of staff that Easements E-1415-73, E-1415-74, E-1415-75, E-1415-76, and E-1415-77 to be utilized for utility and drainage are approved.  Subject to City Council approval, the easements will be filed of record with the Cleveland County Clerk.
