CONTRACT NO. K-1213-122: A CONTRACT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF NORMAN, OKLAHOMA, AND BIG IRON ONLINE AUCTIONS TO PROVIDE AUCTIONEER SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF NORMAN AND PERFORMANCE BOND NO. B-1213-98.
