The passing of David Perry created a vacancy in Ward Two. Mayor Clark asked that interested persons in Ward Two submit applications to be considered by a Ward Two Candidate Selection Committee. The Committee selected Sean Boyd as the Interim Ward 2 Councilmember. In accordance therewith, the above-described item is submitted for City Council's consideration.
