INFORMATION: One of the amendments passed in Ordinance O-1920-2, adopted by City Council on August 25, 2019, included the addition of § 7-102(16), which added a duty of the Norman Human Rights Commission (HRC) to “submit to City Council an annual report of complaints filed and their resolution.” This report, approved unanimously by the HRC at its January 27, 2020, meeting, is submitted in compliance with that section for City Council's consideration in order that acknowledgment of the receipt of the report may be noted in the minutes as a matter of permanent record.
