INFORMATION: The above-described item appears on City Council's agenda in order that the citizens of Norman might be afforded the opportunity for input concerning the proposed Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2021, (FYE 2021) Operating and Capital Budgets. At City Council’s request, a second public hearing will be held May 26, 2020, to provide citizens the opportunity to attend either meeting. City Council discussion and debate will take place at the June 9, 2020, City Council meeting.
