INFORMATION: The above-described item appears on City Council's agenda in order that the citizens of Norman might be afforded the opportunity for input concerning the proposed Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2014, (FYE 2014) Operating and Capital Budgets and the Norman Convention and Visitors Bureau Budget. Council discussion and debate will take place at the June 11, 2013, City Council meeting. City Council held one retreat,four study sessions, and one conference on the FYE 2014 budget documents. A copy of the public notice and the budget summary for FYE 2014 is attached and a copy of the proposed FYE 2014 budget has been previously distributed. A copy of the Norman Convention and Visitors Bureau FYE 14 Budget and Annual Management Plan is also attached.
