CHANGE ORDER NO. ONE TO CONTRACT K-1920-4: BY AND BETWEEN THE NORMAN UTILITIES AUTHORITY AND MATTHEWS TRENCHING COMPANY, INC., DECREASING THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY $6,380 FOR A REVISED CONTRACT PRICE OF $573,595 AND EXTENDING THE CONTRACT TIME BY 60 CALENDAR DAYS FOR THE SUMMIT VALLEY INTERCEPTOR PROJECT AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROJECT.

Body
BACKGROUND: The Summit Valley Interceptor Project included the installation of approximately 924 feet of 15-inch, 2,106 feet of 12-inch, and 72 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer line and appurtenances. Through completion of this project, the existing Eastridge Lift Station was taken out of service and demolished and sewage now flows by gravity to the existing Summit Valley Lift Station.
