INFORMATION: City Council in its meeting of September 13, 2011, approved Contract No. K-1112-43 with H.W. Lochner, Inc., to provide scoping services for a Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CPT) for the City of Norman. The Comprehensive Transportation Plan Citizen’s Visioning Committee was appointed by City Council on September 27, 2011, to work with the CTP Steering Committee (Council Community Planning and Transportation Committee) and H.W. Lochner, Inc., on the scope of services for the CTP.
City Council, on November 13, 2012, approved Contract No. K-1213-86 with Freese and Nichols for the development of a Comprehensive Transportation Plan. The purpose of the contract is to provide a framework for the development and implementation of an efficient and comprehensive transportation system within Norman and its extraterritorial jurisdiction.
