PROPOSED USE OF FUNDS: The funding requested by Progressive Independence will help purchase durable medical equipment for a loan closet and to assist with costs associated with the Opening Doors Fund that assists persons with disabilities to move out of nursing homes into private housing. Accompanying Resolution R-1213-12 will allow for the purchase of equipment and materials without paying sales tax.
