EASEMENT E-1920-67: CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF A PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT DONATED BY UNIVERSITY NORTH PARK, L.L.C. FOR UNIVERSITY NORTH PARK SECTION XVII, A PUD.

BACKGROUND: The final plat for University North Park Addition, Section XVII, a Planned Unit Development (PUD) was approved by City Council on February 11, 2020. The property is located between Rock Creek Road and Tecumseh Road on the east side of 24th Avenue N.W. and on the north side of Corporate Center Drive. The property is proposed location for an automotive dealership. The property owners of the unplatted property have donated the sanitary and drainage easements to cover these utilities serving this property and the unplatted property.
DISCUSSION: The sanitary sewer easement and drainage easement will serve the unplatted property in the future to the south and east. The City Attorney’s Office has reviewed the easements as to form.
RECOMMENDATION: Based upon the above information, it is the recommendation of staff that Easement No. E-1920-66 and E-1920-67 be approved and filed of record with the Cleveland County Clerk.
